Elimination methods: check the suction pipe and the bottom valve, block the leak source, clean the mud or plug at the intake, the bottom valve into the water depth must be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the intake pipe, increase the bottom valve into the water depth; Check the power supply voltage, increase the pump speed, replace the seal ring or impeller; lower the pump installation position, or replace the high-lift pump.

Symptom 3: unable to absorb water

Cause: there is air in the pump body or gas in the intake pipe, or the bottom valve closed not tight, filling water dissatisfaction, serious leakage of vacuum pump packing, gate valve or flap door closed not strictly.

How to rule it out:

1.First the water pressure up, and then the pump body filled with water, and then boot. At the same time check whether the valve is tight, pipeline, joint gas leakage phenomenon, if found gas leakage, remove the joint at the place coated with oil or paint, and tighten the screw.

2.Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, if wear is serious should replace new parts.

3.Water or air leakage in the pipeline. The nut may not be screwed tight when it is installed. If leakage is not serious, you can leak or leak in the place of the smear of cement, or coated with bitumen mixed with cement slurry. For temporary repairs, apply wet mud or soft soap. Symptom 4: water pump does not come out of the water

Causes: pump body and suction pipe not filled with water; dynamic water level below the pump filter pipe; suction pipe rupture.

Symptom 5: pump body vibration or noise

Treatment: check the circuit voltage, reduce the pump speed; adjust the pump spindle or pump and motor relative position; select the appropriate head of the pump; clean up the sand or plug; replace the motor ball bearing.

Symptom 7: drive shaft or motor bearing overheating

Cause: lack of lubricating oil or bearing rupture.
